Northwest Airlines: Come Into the 20th Century, for Fucking Sake!

We just flew Northwest Airlines, and they are still flying planes without individual television sets, their radios don't work so you can't listen to anything, and they have no plug-ins for computers!

They screw people out of miles due them so they can continue flying and ripping off paying passengers.

They have pathetic people working for them who don't give a shit about customers, or customer relations.
